Large format digital printing is the production of large size, entirely computer generated printed materials such as: die-cut decals, posters, banners, signs, vehicle graphics, murals, wallpaper, art reproductions and the like. With the touch of a button, a large format print can be made without the time consuming middle steps between design and output necessary for traditional printing techniques. Because of the comparatively shorter preparation time involved in large format digital printing, this method of producing large scale graphics is usually more cost effective in small quantities than other processes.

Printed with UV and water resistant inks and in some cases protected with an overlaminate, large format prints are highly durable. As an addition to traditional sign marking techniques, large format digital prints can offer an even more graphically rich approach to sign making than ever before.
